More than just a search bar, the Ignite PhantomBar is a beautifully designed, Spotlight-style overlay that brings the full power of BrainDesk-Ai directly to your desktop. Just minimize to your desktop and your buddy is always there, allowing for instant AI access without breaking your workflow.

2. Core Features

• Always Available: Minimize your windows and access the command center instantly from your desktop environment.
• Universal Execution: Type normal language to search the web, execute local system commands, or open applications.
• AI Mode Activation: Prefix your query to instantly generate PDFs, craft high-quality AI images, or start a conversational AI thread directly from the overlay.
• Intelligent Auto-Complete: Predicts system actions and command chains based on your historical usage.

3. Privacy & Processing

The PhantomBar operates entirely as a front-end UI for the core BrainDesk-Ai engine. Keystrokes typed into the PhantomBar are processed locally to determine intent. Data is only routed to external APIs if you specifically request an AI-generated output or web search.

1. Data Collection & Sharing

• BrainDesk-Ai does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data externally. All persistent memory occurs locally on the user’s machine.
• BrainDesk-Ai does not share user data with any third party, except when communicating with external APIs strictly for AI functionality.
• No personally identifiable information is transmitted via these API calls. Even the developer has no access to user activity.
• BrainDesk-Ignite is always listening for its wake word but never records audio. Audio is processed locally.

2. User Rights & Restrictions

Users have full rights to modify, export, or delete any data generated by the AI. Users cannot modify core scripts or critical Application files required for proper operation. Any tampering may break the Application and void liability protections.

3. Security & Access Permissions

The Application may request permissions for Microphone, Internet, Location (for localized context), and System Resources. These permissions are strictly functional and are not used to collect or share personal data externally.

4. Liability & Governing Law

BrainDesk-Ai is provided “as-is”. Users are solely responsible for how they use the Application and must verify critical information. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
